Seeing Julie was truly a life transforming experience for me, I had no idea the impact she would have on my life from when my skin therapist/friend recommended her to me!

From the moment I talked to Julie I could feel her great energy and light coming through the call, I knew this woman was going to help me profoundly. 

Over her 3 month program, Julie held my hand and guided me through a really difficult journey, completely flipping my diet, changing my sleep and lifestyle,  detoxing my body and also showing me ways to deal with my mind. Julie doesn't take just one part of your life but takes a detailed look at everything going on and then proceeds to help you in the most tailored way possible. Her passion for helping people and their wellbeing shines through in every interaction. She is so compassionate and takes the time to make sure you understand the what and why of all the changes you're making! 

I'm writing this a little while since doing the program with her, and I can still say it's one of the best things I've ever done, I've quit smoking, gotten active, changed my diet, know how and what to eat to thrive, without having to think about it too much. Julie has really set me up for a life and health and vitality and I will be eternally grateful.

I have seen a number of different health and wellness practitioners in the past, and can confidently say, my experience with Julie through this wellness program has been the most life-changing experience ever.

Integrative Health does not give you a quick-fix; it does require commitment and patience, because it gets to the root cause, rather than treating the symptoms as most Western Medicine does.
