A bit about me

Having been brought up in a traditional Greek household, the family diet consisted predominantly of fresh vegetables, fish, legumes & pulses and lots of olives!! I grew up drizzling olive oil over everything! And not much has changed to this day. I believe that by combining good nutrition, regular exercise, a healthy social life and planned mindfulness we can help improve our overall health and wellbeing. My 86YO mother is a testament to this lifestyle and year upon year, she continues to enjoy improved energy, vitality and zest for life.

Why I became an Integrative Health Practitioner®

For many years, I’ve wondered why some people get chronically ill while others who seemingly live a similar lifestyle, don't. Understandably, genetics matter however, and considering this, can we cheat the ever-increasing ailments and illnesses presenting themselves in more and more people by making some simple physiological changes to our lifestyle? I have found that in most cases, the answer is yes!

I embarked on my learning journey many years ago and have studied formally through Dr Stephen Cabral’s Integrative Health Practitioner® Institute. I believe life is a journey of learning and discovery and I embrace this philosophy by continually working to further my knowledge and understanding, so I can better support your needs and goals.

Who I like to work with

Optimal health and wellbeing is something that all people should enjoy and I’m committed to helping everyone achieve their goals. I do, however particularly enjoy working with busy Mums and, with a 22YO daughter to challenge my beliefs, I’m very passionate about improving the health of teenagers and young adults.
